Short preview of new Avatar trailer
October 22nd, 2009![]()
John at One Movie, Five Views have seen the new Avatar trailer that premiers at theaters tomorrow, and it sounds promising.
“I attended a screening of Amelia tonight, (reviews coming Friday), and much to my pleasant surprise they showed a brand-new trailer for the hugely-anticipated Avatar. This over 3-minute trailer has gotten me more excited for the film than the original teaser-trailer and 16-minutes of “Avatar Day” footage put together. It explains the story very well for those who don’t already know what it’s about, has a very classy type-font that looks like something right out of a ‘70’s blockbuster, and best of all reminds people of James Cameron’s impressive filmography.”
I was personally really impressed by the footage shown at Avatar day, so if the trailer even exceeds what we saw then, the trailer has to be awesome.

Great news Avatar fans, the final official Avatar trailer will be out October 23rd, but only in theaters. If you want to see it on the web you’ll have to wait until October 29th.
Rumor has it that it will be 3 minutes and 30 seconds long, this will be awesome.

“ComingSoon.net has confirmed that 20th Century Fox will debut a new trailer for James Cameron’s Avatar in theaters this Friday, October 23rd! The trailer, which clocks in at roughly around 3 minutes and 30 seconds, won’t be coming online until October 29th. You should really see this in theaters anyways as we’ve learned that this is THE trailer, the one that will show you much more story (as opposed to the teaser trailer previously released).”
Avatar teaser trailer – Frame by frame
October 18th, 2009The teaser trailer has been out for a while now and I’m eager to see the full length trailer that should be out soon. In the meantime I have made a frame by frame (or maybe more like scene by scene) gallery of the teaser trailer where you can have a closer look at what’s going on in a more calm way than watching the trailer where a lot of footage are flashing by in high tempo.
Enjoy.
